Because (NO) taking (Taking) many pills can cause problems in the kidneys and this leads to adding (people can acquire) more disease (diseases) to the person (NO).

In the other hand ( , ) if the cure for AIDS were discovered the people could have sex with their partners without worry, because in the moment of having these always the concern (???) is to know if the other person has a sexually transmited disease and for this reason they are very afraid to be infected.
